Steve’s broad background with 35 years of industry experience has provided him a unique set of skills to positively assist FUELIowa with the development and execution of its strategy. “FUELIowa members should be willing to give back and serve the industry that has blessed us individually and collectively,” said Kimmes. As President of Kimmes Enterprises LLC, he oversees the operation of 8 convenience stores and knows the strength of FUELIowa comes from members uniting with a “single voice”. FUELIowa members value the advocacy FUELIowa provides our industry and the education and development opportunities available through membership, not to mention the intellectual resources of the FUELIowa staff and constituents. Steve believes his passion for the industry, desire to give back, broad industry knowledge, and vast connection of industry friends and resources are his qualities that have prepared him to serve on the FUELIowa Board.
