ACTIVE MEMBERS
PMCI ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
Any person, firm, cooperative, partnership, LLC or corporation engaged in the marketing or distribution of motor fuel, heating fuel or alternative fuel energy and retail convenience store and vehicle products and services shall be eligible for membership in this Corporation.
ACTIVE MEMBER DUES SCHEDULE
The annual dues of the voting members of this corporation shall be based and computed upon the volume of motor fuel, heating fuel or alternative fuel energy or other equitable method, formula or assessment or combination thereof as determined by the Board of Directors, sold in the previous year by each member entity. Any member of the Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Stores of Iowa failing to pay his dues or assessments within sixty days from the date due shall not be considered in good standing and shall be placed upon the inactive membership list until such dues are paid.

ASSCOCIATE MEMBERS
PMCI ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of refining, manufacturing or brokering of motor fuel, heating fuel or alternative fuel energy or convenience or vehicle products or services or otherwise providing a related business product or service associated with the active members of this Corporation shall be eligible for an associate membership in this Corporation, and may become an associate member by making application therefore, paying the prescribed associate membership fees or dues, and receiving the approval of the Board of Directors.
ASSOCIATE MEMBER DUES SCHEDULE
The Board of Directors shall provide in the Bylaws for the payment of annual dues or assessments by each member in such amount as they may deem equitable, having regard to the volume, extent, and character of the business transacted by such Associate Member.
